We are looking for a Chess Social Media Executive who is hungry to learn and proactive by nature. If you are looking to do the bare minimum, this is not the place for you. We provide access to cutting-edge AI tools and direct mentorship for someone ready to build a global brand.
THE ABSOLUTE NECESSITY: CHESS KNOWLEDGE
You will be the "Chess Brain" of our marketing team. You must understand the game to create authentic content. Applications without a proven rating will not be reviewed.
Mandatory Blitz Rating Requirement:
- Chess.com: 800+
- Lichess: 1300+
Role Overview
- Position: Chess Social Media Executive
- Work Type: Remote (Work from Home)
- Working Hours: Monday–Saturday, 9 AM – 6 PM IST
- Reporting To: Social Media Lead
Salary & Compensation
- Executive (Experienced): Rs. 20,000 – 23,000 per month (For candidates with a strong portfolio and 1.5–2+ years of experience)
- Associate (Fresher): Rs. 17,000 – 19,000 per month (For high-potential freshers)
- Note on Retention Bonus: A component of the monthly salary is accrued as a retention bonus and paid out as a lump sum annually upon completion of each year of service
The Learning Curve & Tech Stack
This role is a marketing bootcamp. You will have the freedom to experiment and master the latest tools:
- Creation: Canva, Minvo, Mavic, ZOHO Social etc
- AI Integration: You will learn to use ChatGPT, Gemini, and Adobe Firefly to automate and enhance your workflow.
- Strategy: Learn how to analyze YouTube Studio and Instagram Insights to drive viral growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Creative Content: Design high-performing thumbnails, carousels, and banners on Canva.
- Short-Form Video: Edit and produce viral-ready Reels and Shorts using Grandmaster content.
- Subject Matter Expertise: Ensure 100% chess accuracy in every post—no wrong notations or illegal moves.
- Social Management: Schedule, publish, and track performance across Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, Facebook, Reddit, and Twitter.
- Proactive Strategy: Suggest new trends and experiments. We value people who bring ideas to the table, not just those who follow instructions.
