Procurement Executive
Location: Infopark, Kakkanad Kerala

Qualification: Any Graduation
Experience: 3–4 years in Procurement/Sourcing (Mandatory)
Minimum 3 years of procurement experience in Dubai (UAE) is mandatory.
Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹40,000 per month
Requirements
- 3–4 years of experience in Procurement/Sourcing (Mandatory).
- Minimum 3 years of procurement experience in Dubai (UAE) is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of procurement, sourcing, vendor development, and supplier management.
- Good market knowledge of IT hardware and electronic products.
- Experience handling RFQs, vendor negotiations, and international procurement.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills.
- High attention to detail with accuracy in costing and documentation.
Responsibilities
- Manage online bidding activities and develop new vendor relationships.
- Analyze customer RFQs and identify product requirements.
- Source suppliers and obtain competitive pricing and technical information.
- Prepare accurate costing and technical quotation packages.
- Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and supplier contracts.
- Coordinate logistics by evaluating freight costs and selecting suitable shipment methods.
- Ensure compliance with international sourcing regulations, including taxes, duties, and import/export requirements.
- Build and maintain strong supplier relationships while evaluating vendor performance and onboarding new suppliers.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
