Job Description
We are looking for a Junior Video Editor who can create simple, engaging and visually appealing Instagram Reels from preschool activities, events, celebrations, classroom sessions and other client footage.
The role mainly involves converting raw mobile-shot videos into clean, energetic and social-media-friendly reels.
Key Responsibilities
- Edit preschool activities, events and classroom videos into Instagram Reels.
- Select the best and most engaging clips from the provided raw footage.
- Add suitable music, text, transitions and basic effects.
- Sync video clips with music or trending audio.
- Add logos, brand colours and necessary call-to-action text.
- Create reels in vertical 9:16 format.
- Make basic colour, brightness and audio corrections.
- Organise raw footage and completed video files properly.
- Complete reels within the given timelines.
- Make revisions according to feedback.
Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, VN, Filmora or similar video-editing software.
- Good understanding of Instagram Reels and social-media content.
- Ability to identify engaging moments from raw footage.
- Basic knowledge of transitions, text animation, music syncing and colour correction.
- Good sense of timing, storytelling and visual presentation.
- Ability to manage multiple videos and meet deadlines.
- Willingness to learn and accept feedback.
Laptop Requirement
Candidates must have their own laptop capable of running video-editing software smoothly.
Experience
- Freshers with good video-editing skills may apply.
- Experience editing preschool, school, event or activity-based reels will be an advantage.
Educational Qualification
Any graduate, diploma holder or candidate with relevant video-editing skills may apply.
Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
