Job Role:
- Handle outbound & inbound calls
- Explain project details to customers clearly
- Generate leads and follow-ups
- Maintain customer database
Requirements:
- Good communication skills (Tamil must, basic English preferred)
- Basic phone handling skills
- Positive attitude & willingness to achieve targets

- Experience in telecalling/sales is an added advantage
Salary:
- Fixed + Incentives (based on performance)
