Baked Moon is scaling, and we’re looking for a Growth Hunter who doesn't just find leads but opens doors. If you are a master of LinkedIn outreach, a cold-calling pro, and a conversion expert, we want you to lead our frontline.
The Mission:
- LinkedIn Mastery: Execute high-level social selling and personalized outreach.
- Proven expertise in Lead Generation and acquiring New Leads.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Email Marketing: Craft and manage high-converting cold email campaigns.
- Full Funnel Ownership: Identify, qualify, and nurture leads until they are ready to close.
- Data Driven: Use CRM tools to track your pipeline and optimize conversion rates.
What You Bring:
- The Skills: Expert-level knowledge of LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo/Lusha, and Email automation.
- The Voice: Exceptional command of English (verbal & written) for global client interaction.
- The Experience: 2–4 years in Lead Gen (VFX, Gaming, or Tech-Creative industry is a massive plus).
- The Mindset: You don't just "send emails"; you build relationships and hit targets.
