Job Overview
We are looking for enthusiastic and driven MBA Marketing Freshers to join our team. This role offers hands-on exposure to marketing, client engagement, business development, and technology consulting. Candidates will work closely with senior professionals to understand client requirements, support marketing initiatives, and contribute to business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing & Business Development
- Assist in generating and qualifying leads through various marketing channels.
- Support digital marketing campaigns, social media activities, and brand promotion.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Help identify potential business opportunities and partnerships.
Client Engagement & Relationship Management
- Participate in client meetings and discussions under senior guidance.
- Assist in preparing presentations, proposals, and business documents.
- Support relationship-building activities with clients and prospects.
Solution Consulting Support
- Learn about digital transformation, automation, ERP, AI solutions, websites, and mobile applications.
- Assist in understanding client requirements and mapping suitable solutions.
- Coordinate with technical teams for proposal preparation and project discussions.
Reporting & Coordination
- Maintain lead and client databases.
- Track sales and marketing activities and prepare reports.
- Support event management, workshops, and promotional activities.
Eligibility CriteriaQualification
- MBA (Marketing) – Freshers can apply.
- Strong academic background with an interest in marketing, technology, and business development.
- Internship experience, project work, or participation in marketing competitions will be an added advantage.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication skills in English and Malayalam.
- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Basic understanding of marketing concepts and business processes.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and target-oriented mindset.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office, Google Workspace, and digital platforms.
