SUNMICRO INDUSTRIES is a manufacturer of solar energy and electronic equipment with a strong Pan India presence. We are looking for a skilled SCADA & Sensor Integration Technician to support our solar projects, solar trackers, industrial automation systems, and remote monitoring solutions.
Job Responsibilities
- Installation and commissioning of SCADA systems
- Integration of sensors such as irradiance sensors, weather stations, temperature sensors, wind sensors, and energy meters
- Wiring, testing, and troubleshooting of control panels and communication devices
- Configure and test RS485, Modbus RTU/TCP, Ethernet, Wi-Fi, and IoT communication devices
- Assist in PLC, RTU, and data logger integration
- Monitor system performance and resolve field issues
- Prepare installation and commissioning reports
- Coordinate with project, electrical, and software teams
Required Skills
- Knowledge of SCADA systems and industrial automation
- Experience in sensor installation and calibration
- Understanding of Modbus RTU/TCP, RS485, TCP/IP Networking
- Ability to read electrical and control wiring diagrams
- Experience with data loggers, energy meters, and monitoring systems
- Knowledge of solar plant monitoring systems will be an advantage
Qualifications
- ITI / Diploma / B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, Automation, or related field
- Freshers with strong practical knowledge may also apply
- Experienced candidates preferred
