INTTRVU.ai is a fast-growing EdTech company focused on training professionals in Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, and Generative AI. We are looking for an experienced and target-driven Senior Admission Counsellor to drive admissions and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Counsel prospective students and guide them through the admission process.
- Explain programs, fee structures, financing options, and career outcomes.
- Manage end-to-end admissions, including documentation and enrolment.
- Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and follow-up activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a seamless admission experience.
Requirements
- Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline.
- 3–5 years of experience in EdTech admissions, counselling, or educational sales.
- Prior experience counselling candidates for Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Analytics, or other technology-focused upskilling programs is highly preferred.
- Strong counselling, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Proven track record of achieving revenue and admission targets.
- Excellent communication skills in English.

Work Details
- Working Hours: 10:30 AM – 7:00 PM
- Working Days: Monday–Saturday (Saturday Remote)
- Weekly Off: Sunday
- Daily Talk Time KRA: 150–180 Minute
Note: Based on your previous experience, skills and interview evaluation you will be considered for either the Admission Counsellor or Senior Admission Counsellor position.
Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
