- Manage incoming and outgoing leads (NBD); log, track, and follow up every enquiry in the CRM system.
- Coordinate between sales, projects, and customers — share updates, resolve queries, and prevent drop-offs.
- Maintain accurate CRM records — lead stage, follow-up dates, conversion status, and customer history.
- Drive timely follow-ups on quotations, payments, and documentation.
- Handle post-sale customer relations (CRR) — onboarding, service follow-up, AMC, and referral harvesting.
- Prepare daily/weekly MIS — funnel status, conversion rate, and pending actions.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and prompt complaint resolution.
Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹32,501.23 per month
