Job Overview
We are looking for a results-driven Performance Marketing Specialist with strong expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram). The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in planning, executing, optimizing, and scaling paid campaigns to generate high-quality leads and maximize ROI.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, create, and manage campaigns across:
- Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max)
- Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
- Perform keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis
- Optimize campaigns regularly for:
- CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS
- Conversion rate improvement
- Set up and manage:
- Conversion tracking (Google Tag Manager, GA4, Meta Pixel)
- Remarketing and retargeting campaigns
- Analyze campaign performance and prepare weekly/monthly reports
- Conduct A/B testing for ad creatives, copies, and landing pages
- Work closely with design and content teams for ad creatives
- Manage budgets efficiently and scale profitable campaigns
- Stay updated with latest trends, algorithm changes, and ad policies
Required Skills:-
- Proven experience in:
- Google Ads (minimum 2–4 years)
- Meta Ads Manager
- Strong understanding of:
- Bidding strategies (Manual CPC, Max Conversions, tCPA, tROAS)
- Audience segmentation & funnel strategy
- Hands-on experience with:
- Google Analytics (GA4)
- Google Tag Manager
- Conversion tracking & pixel setup
- Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions
- Good understanding of landing page optimization
- Strong communication and reporting skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Digital Marketing, Mass Communication, or a related field
- Experience with SaaS / Lead Generation / Service-based businesses
- Google Ads Certification
- Experience in tools like:
- SEMrush / Ahrefs
- AI Tools for Marketing
- Basic knowledge of SEO & CRO
