Job Title: Retail Manager (Furniture Experience)

Reporting to: Head – Sales & Retail Operations
Job Description: We are looking for retail managers who are responsible for every aspect of the day-to-day supervision of the retail outlet, including sales, staff, stock, and resource management. Retail Management involves taking responsibility for the successful running of a store. Leading the shop floor, the retail manager should be in constant contact with their customers and staff and ensure that the staff gives great customer service to their clients while also ensuring the strong financial performance of the store.
Key responsibilities:
- Maximising Profitability and setting/meeting sales targets
- Organise all store operations and allocate responsibilities to personnel.
- Analyse sales reports and make forecasts.
- Ensuring all collections and other commercial dealings are looked into on a daily basis.
- Monitor stock level and purchases in line with retail budgets.
- Deal with complaints from customers to maintain the tore and brand reputation.
- Supervise, motivate, and guide staff towards maximum performance.
- Monitor the training needs of the team.
- Ensuring visual merchandising and store display is up to brand standards.
- Initiate, plan and oversee instore promotions, events and displays.
- Inspect the areas in the store and resolve issues if any.
- Smooth functioning of all departments within the store.
- Maintenance of all reports related to the store.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as retail manager or in other managerial positions
- Knowledge of retail management best practices
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
- Excellent organizing and leadership skills Commercial awareness Analytical mind and familiarity with data analysis principles Should have minimum of 10 years of work experience Proficiency in languages
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
