We are looking for a passionate and creatively driven Senior Fashion Designer – Ready to Wear to join us in building and shaping the next phase of our design journey.
This is not just another designer role — we are looking for someone who can think like a design leader, help build a strong and identifiable design language for the brand, and grow with us long-term. Since we are in a high-growth and evolving stage, the role requires creativity, ownership, adaptability, and a hands-on approach.
If you enjoy creating commercially strong collections while also building systems, mentoring teams, and contributing to a brand vision from the ground up — this role is for you.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Lead the design direction for our Ready to Wear category
- Build seasonal concepts, stories, color palettes, silhouettes, and collection themes
- Create mood boards, CADs, embroidery ideas, print directions, and sampling briefs
- Work closely with sampling, merchandising, production, and management teams
- Bring fresh trend insights while balancing commercial viability
- Help build and streamline the overall design process and team structure
- Guide junior designers and contribute as a team leader
- Oversee fittings, styling details, finishing, and overall garment aesthetics
- Experiment with fabrics, textures, embroideries, and contemporary silhouettes
- Contribute towards developing a strong and recognizable brand identity
We’re Looking For Someone Who:
- Has strong experience in women’s Ready to Wear / ethnic or fusion wear
- Has a strong eye for styling, detailing, silhouettes, and trend direction
- Understands both creativity and execution
- Can take initiative and work with ownership
- Enjoys working in a fast-moving, growth-oriented environment
- Is excited by the idea of building something meaningful from the ground up
- Has leadership qualities and can eventually build and lead a design team
Skills Required:
- Good understanding of fabrics, garment construction, embroideries, prints, and finishing
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, CorelDRAW, or similar software
- Strong aesthetic and commercial understanding of the Indian fashion market
- Ability to multitask and manage timelines effectively
