Job Title: Business Development Officer (BDO)

Role Overview:
The Business Development Officer will focus on generating leads, counseling prospective students, and converting inquiries into admissions through strong communication and convincing skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and generate student leads through field activities and referrals
Handle inquiries and convert them into admissions
Conduct basic counseling and guide students on courses
Support marketing activities like seminars, campaigns, and school visits
Maintain follow-ups with prospects and ensure conversions
Achieve monthly admission targets
Maintain records of leads and conversions
Mandatory Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree
Strong convincing and communication skills (must-have)
1–3 years of experience in sales / education sector preferred
Ability to meet targets and work in a fast-paced environment
Local area knowledge of Thrissur is an advantage
