Key Responsibilities
Conduct product and sales training sessions for bank/NBFC employees and relationship managers.
Deliver engaging classroom, virtual, and on-the-job training sessions.
Develop customized story lines based on partner requirements.
Train sales teams on objection handling, need-based selling, and regulatory compliance.
Work closely with partner banks/NBFCs to identify training needs.
Support the onboarding of new sales teams and ensure seamless integration into the insurance sales process.
Monitor training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and business performance analysis.
Share training reports, participation records, and feedback with internal teams.
Educate partner sales teams on documentation, policy issuance, and claim settlement processes.
