Openings for talent acquisition specialist
Position Overview:
A key member of the organization’s Talent Acquisition Team, the Recruiter is responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing top talent for all departments and level-specific Operations positions. The Recruiter also actively sources candidates for unique or niche roles by exploring all available and new hiring tools in the market
Primary Responsibilities:
* Develops strong consultative relationships with the Senior Management Team and hiring managers to maximize the effectiveness of the recruiting process. Meets with Directors and Senior Management regularly to assess future staffing needs and to provide market data and insights
* Manages all external staffing vendor relationships
* Develops and maintains recruiting networks and relationships with various industry groups, colleges, career centers and talent pipelines
* Continually works on improving the sourcing strategy and execution to identify top talent
* Ensures all Staff hiring activities stay within guidelines, policies, and budget
* Provides weekly communication to the Senior Management Team on job requisition status including all vacancies and candidate pipelines
* Conducts local market research and stays updated on recruiting trends to ensure sourcing strategy is successful
* Serves as back-up to the Talent Acquisition Manager
* Participates and occasionally leads functional Talent Acquisition projects and assists with other duties as required
* May supervise the work of one or more Recruiters
Minimum Qualifications:
* Education Requirement:
* Masters or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Business Administration or equivalent experience required
* Field Experience:
* At least 6 years’ experience in Human Resources functional areas including recruiting/staffing, policy administration, or employee relations
* Position Experience:
* At least 3 years of demonstrated progressive responsibility in Talent Acquisition
* Other Qualifications:
* Experience partnering with senior level hiring managers to fill their staffing needs
* Ability to travel as required
* Bilingual in English and other regional languages preferred
* Previous recruitment experience in an International BPO or Call Center environment highly preferred
* Must have good expertise in handling various domain hiring namely Logistics, Health Care, Legal and Tech Support
* Must have an established contacts in LinkedIn, Facebook, NGO’s and Educational Institutions
* Should have worked on data management and must be good in handling monthly metrics

Pay: ₹475,000.00 - ₹575,000.00 per year
