Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Civil Project Manager to oversee construction projects from planning to completion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing site operations, coordinating teams, ensuring quality standards, and delivering projects within time and budget.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and manage construction projects
- Supervise site engineers, supervisors, and labor teams
- Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
- Monitor material usage and resource allocation
- Maintain quality control and ensure safety compliance at site
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, and vendors
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports
- Resolve on-site issues and ensure smooth workflow
Required Qualifications:
- B.Tech / Diploma in Civil Engineering
- 5–10 years of experience in construction or project management
- Experience in residential, commercial, or infrastructure projects
- Knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Project, or similar tools (preferred)

- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent planning and execution abilities
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Strong understanding of site management and safety standards
