Help desk management Triage and assign tickets, track resolution within SLA, and communicate updates to users.
Asset management Maintain hardware/software inventories, track warranties, and manage license renewals.
Vendor coordination Handle contracts, purchase orders, and service renewals with external providers.
User onboarding/offboarding Provision accounts, configure devices, assign permissions, and recover assets securely.
Documentation Prepare runbooks, user guides, and maintain IT process records.
Routine updates Coordinate patches, backups, and system health checks.
Project support Assist with small deployments, rollouts, and testing
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
