Travel Consultant / Tour Package Executive

Job Summary
We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Travel Consultant to join our travel agency. The candidate will be responsible for creating domestic and international tour packages, handling customer inquiries, preparing quotations, and assisting clients throughout the booking process.
Responsibilities
- Create and customize domestic and international tour packages.
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, and email.
- Prepare travel itineraries and quotations based on customer requirements.
- Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into bookings.
- Coordinate with hotels, transport providers, and other travel partners.
- Maintain customer records and provide excellent after-sales support.
- Build strong relationships with customers to ensure a great travel experience.
Requirements
- 0–2 years of experience in a travel agency or a similar role (Freshers with good communication skills are welcome to apply).
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of domestic and international travel destinations.
- Computer proficiency, including MS Office and internet browsing.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple inquiries.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in preparing holiday packages and travel itineraries.
- Knowledge of hotel bookings, sightseeing, and visa assistance is an added advantage.
