Key Responsibilities
- Recruitment Support: Post job openings, review resumes, and schedule candidates for interviews.
- Onboarding: Help new hires fill out paperwork and get their office badges.
- Employee Records: Update employee files and attendance sheets in the computer.
- Day-to-Day HR: Assist with payroll preparation and handle basic staff.
Essential Skills
- Organization: Must be good at keeping files neat and following steps carefully.
- Communication: Needs a polite and clear speaking voice for talking with candidates and staff.
- Computer Tools: Strong knowledge of MS Excel is required to track numbers and employee data.
- Confidentiality: Must keep sensitive employee information (like pay) private.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
