We are looking for a welcoming, detail-oriented and customer-focused Guest Service Associate to join our Front Office team. As the face of our property, you will be responsible for greeting guests, managing check-ins and check-outs, handling reservations and ensuring an exceptional stay for every guest by delivering outstanding customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Guest Relations: Welcome guests warmly upon arrival, handle the registration process, and assign rooms efficiently.
- Check-In/Check-Out: Process guest check-ins and check-outs smoothly, ensuring all accurate billing, documentation, and payments are handled securely.
- Inquiries & Reservations: Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and assist guests with booking inquiries, cancellations, or room upgrades.
- Customer Support: Address guest complaints, requests, and questions promptly with a professional and helpful attitude.
- Coordination: Coordinate with the Housekeeping and Maintenance teams to ensure rooms are ready and up to standards for arriving guests.
- Billing & Cash Handling: Maintain accurate guest folios, settle bills properly, and manage the front desk cash drawer accurately during the shift.
- Local Guidance: Provide guests with helpful information about hotel amenities, local attractions, dining recommendations, and transportation.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Experience: Prior experience as a Front Desk Agent, GSA, Freshers also can apply..
- Communication: English, Arabic is an advantage.
- Interpersonal Skills: A warm, professional personality with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to stay calm under pressure.
- Flexibility: Ability to work in flexible shifts, including weekends, holidays, and night shifts if required.
