Job Description:
We are hiring a confident, well-spoken, and presentable Guest Relations Executive (GRE).
The GRE will be responsible for welcoming guests, managing reservations, and ensuring they have a seamless and pleasant dining experience. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a strong sense of hospitality.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests warmly as they arrive at the restaurant.
- Manage and update the reservation diary accurately.
- Escort guests to their tables and ensure seating preferences are met.
- Coordinate with the service and bar teams to ensure smooth guest flow.
- Maintain guest history records for VIPs and regular customers.
- Present menus and assist guests with basic menu-related information.
- Handle guest feedback and complaints politely and inform the manager if needed.
- Maintain cleanliness and presentation at the entrance and reception area.
- Follow company grooming, communication, and service standards at all times.
- Support the team during busy hours to ensure guest satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in guest relations or front-of-house roles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Pleasant personality and professional grooming.
- Good telephone manners and confidence in handling reservations.
- Basic knowledge of menu items and restaurant layout.
- Team player with a positive attitude and attention to detail.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
