Job Title: Diploma Engineer Trainee (DET) / Graduate Engineer Trainee (GET)Job Summary
We are looking for motivated and enthusiastic Diploma Engineer Trainees (DET) and Graduate Engineer Trainees (GET) to join our engineering and manufacturing team. This role offers an excellent opportunity for freshers and early-career professionals to gain hands-on experience in production, maintenance, quality, assembly, testing, and process improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in production, assembly, testing, installation, and maintenance activities.
- Operate and monitor machines, equipment, and tools as per standard operating procedures.
- Perform inspection and quality checks to ensure product standards.
- Support troubleshooting and resolution of mechanical and electrical issues.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings, technical documents, and work instructions.
- Maintain production records and prepare basic reports.
- Follow safety, quality, and workplace discipline guidelines.
- Coordinate with production, quality, and maintenance teams to achieve daily targets.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and process optimization.
Eligibility
- B.E./B.Tech: Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related disciplines.
- Diploma: Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or related disciplines.
- ITI: Fitter, Electrician, Wireman, Machinist, Turner, Electronics Mechanic, Welder, or other relevant trades.
- Freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of relevant experience are welcome to apply.

Salary
₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month (based on qualification, skills, and interview performance).
