JD:
- Develop innovative textile and surface designs aligned with international market trends, buyer requirements, and seasonal concepts.
- Create design, repeats, mood boards, and presentations for export collections across home/fashion categories.
- Coordinate with sampling, merchandising, and production teams to ensure timely development and execution of samples and bulk orders.
- Source fabrics, trims, embellishments, and printing/embroidery techniques while maintaining quality and design accuracy.
- Communicate with buyers and internal teams for approvals, design modifications, and order updates while ensuring adherence to timelines and brand standards.
