We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Tele Sales Executive (Tele-caller) to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for connecting with potential customers, generating leads, scheduling meetings, and supporting the sales team in converting prospects into customers.
Requirements:
- Minimum 6 months of relevant experience is required.
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Confident and professional telephone etiquette.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to handle customer queries and objections effectively.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Comfortable working from office.
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and generate leads.
- Explain solar products and services to customers over the phone.
