Viskool is looking for an experienced Coding Instructor who can teach programming in a simple, practical, and student-friendly way. The trainer should have strong knowledge of coding fundamentals, hands-on project experience, and prior training experience.
The ideal candidate should be able to conduct interactive coding sessions, explain concepts clearly, guide students through projects, and help learners build strong programming and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct live coding classes for students and beginners.
Teach programming concepts with practical examples and hands-on exercises.
Train students in coding fundamentals, logic building, problem solving, and project development.
Prepare lesson plans, assignments, coding tasks, and practice activities.
Guide students in completing mini projects and real-world coding projects.
Review student code and provide feedback for improvement.
Clarify doubts and support students during the learning process.
Ensure classes are engaging, structured, and easy to understand.
Required Skills
Strong knowledge of programming fundamentals.
Hands-on experience in any of the following:
Python
JavaScript
HTML, CSS
Web Development Basics
Scratch / Block Coding
Logic Building
Problem Solving
Mini Project Development
Good communication and presentation skills.
Ability to teach beginners and school students in a simple way.
Must have previous training or teaching experience.
Preferred Qualifications
Candidates from Kerala are preferred.
Experience as a Coding Instructor, Programming Trainer, Software Developer, or Computer Science Teacher will be an added advantage.
Knowledge of coding for kids, web development, app development, robotics, or AI basics is an advantage.
Ability to communicate in English and Malayalam is preferred.
Experience
Minimum 1 year of training experience required.
Industry or project experience in coding/software development will be an added advantage.
Pay: ₹9,041.67 - ₹44,029.24 per month
