Sales Targets: Achieving and exceeding sales targets for the designer fashion products by actively engaging with customers, providing exceptional service, and driving sales through upselling and cross-selling.
- Customer Service: Ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction by providing personalized styling advice, addressing customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and creating a welcoming and professional in-store environment.
- Product Knowledge: Maintaining an up-to-date knowledge of the designer fashion house's products, trends, and collections to effectively assist customers and make relevant product recommendations.
- Inventory Management: Monitoring and managing inventory levels to ensure products are readily available for customers, suggesting reorder quantities, and participating in stocktaking procedures.
- Visual Merchandising: Contributing to the visual appeal of the store by assisting with product displays, window dressing, and overall store presentation to attract customers and create a compelling shopping experience.
- Clientele: Developing and nurturing long-term relationships with high-value customers, offering personalized shopping experiences, and keeping records of customer preferences to enhance repeat business and loyalty.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborating with the sales team, store management, and other staff members to ensure a cohesive and productive work environment.
- Market Research: Keeping up with market trends, competitors, and customer preferences to provide valuable insights and feedback to the fashion house for product development and marketing strategies.
- Sales Reporting: Generating regular reports on sales performance, customer feedback, and inventory turnover to evaluate the effectiveness of sales strategies and identify areas for improvement.
- Training and Development: Actively participating in training programs and helping train new team members to ensure they have the product knowledge and customer service skills necessary to excel in their roles.
- Adherence to Policies and Procedures: Ensuring compliance with the designer fashion house's policies and procedures, including pricing, return policies, and security measures.
- Upselling and Cross-selling: Promoting related products, accessories, and services to maximize each customer's purchase and increase the average transaction value.
