Team Leader – Quick Commerce / E-Commerce

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of Customer Support Executives.
- Monitor team performance, productivity, and SLA adherence.
- Handle escalations and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Conduct coaching, feedback, and performance reviews.
- Prepare MIS reports and drive process improvements.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in Quick Commerce or E-Commerce process is mandatory.
- Minimum 1–2 years of Team Leader experience.
- Strong communication, people management, and reporting skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
