- Operational Oversight: Managing shift duties, monitoring the property management system (PMS), and ensuring smooth coordination between departments like maintenance, housekeeping, and sales.
- Guest Relations: Acting as the primary point of contact for VIP guests, ensuring high satisfaction rates, and resolving complex complaints or emergencies quickly and professionally.
- Staff Management: Hiring, onboarding, scheduling, and training department personnel. They motivate the team and monitor grooming and performance standards.
- Financial & Admin Duties: Assisting with budgeting, tracking revenue metrics, and analyzing daily activity and forecasting reports
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
