Position: House Manager & Butler- Guest House

Role Summary
We are seeking a responsible and service-oriented House Manager & Butler to oversee the overall functioning of our guest house and ensure a comfortable stay for visiting staff, consultants, trainers, and organizational guests.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day operations and upkeep of the guest house.
- Ensure high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, maintenance, and safety.
- Conduct quality and quantity checks of supplies, housekeeping, and maintenance services.
- Manage inventory of pantry items, housekeeping materials, linens, and guest amenities.
- Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and maintenance personnel.
- Maintain occupancy records, inventory logs, and basic operational reports.
- Welcome and assist guests during arrival and departure.
- Ensure guest rooms are prepared and maintained to organizational standards.
- Arrange and serve tea, coffee, refreshments, and meals as required.
- Attend to guest requests promptly and professionally.
- Ensure pantry, dining, and common areas remain clean and well-organized.
- Manage guards, drivers and internal workers and supervising household workers in guest house.
- Guests transportation to be managed locally in Delhi.
Qualifications & Skills
- Graduate preferred; candidates with relevant experience may also apply.
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in guest house management, hospitality, facility management, or similar roles.
- Basic computer knowledge and record-keeping skills. MS office, email & wats app.
- Good communication skills in Hindi; basic English preferred.
- Strong sense of ownership, attention to detail, and service orientation.
Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month, depending on qualifications and experience.
Working hours – 10 - 12 hours
