Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced SAP PP (Manufacturing to Stock - M2S) Consultant to join our SAP transformation team. In this role, you will drive the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of Manufacturing to Stock (M2S) processes within SAP S/4HANA. You will collaborate with global stakeholders to standardize manufacturing processes, support rollout projects, and contribute to digital manufacturing and Industry 4.0 initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the process expert for SAP PP (Manufacturing to Stock) and support the design of global process templates.
- Lead and support SAP S/4HANA implementation and rollout activities for M2S processes across multiple business units.
- Define, implement, and continuously improve standardized manufacturing processes aligned with business objectives.
- Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into scalable SAP PP solutions.
- Drive deployment activities, ensuring successful adoption of standardized M2S processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align manufacturing processes with supply chain, procurement, and logistics functions.
- Ensure compliance with global standards, governance, and process best practices.
- Identify opportunities for digitalization and automation within manufacturing operations, including Industry 4.0 initiatives.
- Monitor key process performance indicators (KPIs) and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Support business transformation programs by recommending process enhancements and operational efficiencies.
- Conduct user training, knowledge-sharing sessions, and provide ongoing functional support.
- Work closely with global stakeholders in an international and collaborative environment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing, or a related discipline.
- Proven experience working with SAP PP in SAP S/4HANA, particularly within Manufacturing to Stock (M2S) processes.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing, production planning, and supply chain business processes.
- Experience in SAP implementation, rollout, or transformation projects.
- Hands-on expertise in production planning, MRP, production orders, capacity planning, and manufacturing process optimization.
- Experience in designing and deploying global process templates.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively in global teams.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in Consumer Goods, FMCG, Retail, or Manufacturing industries.
- Exposure to Industry 4.0, Digital Manufacturing, Automation, or Smart Factory initiatives.
- Knowledge of SAP integration with MM, QM, EWM, or other Supply Chain modules.
- Experience in process standardization, governance, and change management.
- Understanding of AI-enabled manufacturing and digital supply chain transformation.
