Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled Plumber cum STP Operator to join our facility maintenance team. The candidate will be responsible for plumbing maintenance and the operation and monitoring of the Sewage Treatment Plant (STP) to ensure smooth functioning of the property, maintaining swimming pools and Jacuzzis, which includes cleaning filters, operating pool filtration pumps, and chemical dosing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems, pipelines, valves, and fixtures.
- Operate and monitor the Sewage Treatment Plant (STP).
- Check pumps, motors, filters, and pipelines regularly.
- Ensure proper water flow and drainage systems in the facility.
- Maintain records of STP operations and report any issues.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of plumbing and STP equipment.
- Follow safety and hygiene standards.
Requirements:
- Experience in plumbing and STP operations and Pool maintenance.
- Basic technical knowledge of pumps, pipelines, and water treatment systems.
- Ability to handle maintenance work independently.
- ITI / Technical certification in Plumbing is preferred.
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in a similar role.
