Position Summary:
As Marketing Lead you will own and execute Phenom Cloud’s global demand generation strategy across AMER and EMEA territories, with APAC expansion readiness built into future planning. You will drive multi-channel marketing campaigns, webinars, thought leadership initiatives, and marketing automation strategies to generate high-quality marketing-qualified leads for the SDR team.
Duties/Responsibilities:

Own end-to-end global demand generation strategy across AMER and EMEA territories.

Plan and manage webinar calendars, office hours, and thought leadership campaigns.

Execute Account-Based Marketing (ABM) programmes targeting enterprise accounts.

Manage LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, and regional paid campaigns.

Configure and optimise HubSpot marketing automation workflows and reporting.
-
Drive SEO and LinkedIn brand growth initiatives.

Collaborate with Content Writer and SDR teams for campaign execution.

Manage co-marketing initiatives with Cornerstone OnDemand and Odoo (along with, any other future partnerships/alliances).

Track and report CAC, CPL, MQL volume, and pipeline contribution metrics.
Skills/Requirements:

7–8+ years of B2B demand generation or pipeline marketing experience.

Strong experience with HubSpot Marketing Hub and automation workflows.

Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Campaign Manager and Google Ads.

Strong understanding of B2B lead lifecycle and MQL/SQL frameworks.

Experience managing global marketing campaigns across multiple regions.

Excellent English communication and project management skills.

Experience with webinar marketing and virtual event campaigns.

Strong analytical and reporting capabilities.
