Job Title: Cost Accountant

Must be open to travel across manufacturing units (PAN India)
Experience: 2 to 3 years Education: Qualified CMA (Cost & Management Accountant)Key Responsibilities:
Primary Focus:
Product Costing: Prepare detailed product-wise cost sheets, analyze variances, and support pricing decisions.
Frequent visits to plant locations for cost verification, audits, and system improvements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams for accurate cost tracking and control.
EXIM Documentation and co ordination with CHA and Bank
Accounting & Reconciliation:
Handle complete creditors’ reconciliation across all group companies and coordinate with vendors to resolve queries.
Vendor Master Creation for all units.
Valuation of Stock on Monthly Basis.
Monthly ledger reconciliation for salary, bonus, staff advances, imprest accounts, and statutory dues (PF, ESIC, PT).
Prepare and submit monthly stock statements to the bank for all group companies.
Monitor and verify transportation bills including rate validation and supporting documents.
Maintain Director's personal account reconciliations, including bank and suspense entries.
Ensure monthly company ledger reconciliation is completed on time.
Foreign Exchange Gain or Loss calculation and Booking
Reporting & Compliance:
Prepare and share purchase bill due statements with the Purchase team by the 15th of every month.
Share creditors’ debit balance statements to the Purchase team monthly.
Daily Accounts Payable ageing report
Submit Marine Inland Insurance Policy Sheets to insurance companies every month.
Coordinate with CA for online filing of 15CA/15CB forms for remittances.
Audit & Query Handling:
Support stock audits and resolve bank queries efficiently.
Address and resolve employee queries related to:
o
Invoice bookings
o
PO/SO issues
o
Tally data errors
o
Tally sync or split problems
o
Implementation/ Assist in SAP Implementation.
Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
