Key Responsibilities:
- Product Knowledge – Gain a thorough understanding of the sales product portfolio and its value proposition.
- Sales Growth – Strategically plan and execute initiatives to gradually increase sales performance.
- Client Engagement – Maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring proper product demonstrations and presentations are scheduled and delivered through calls or meetings.
- Team Leadership – Manage and motivate the sales team to generate leads and drive conversions, fostering a culture of accountability and achievement.
- Issue Resolution – Identify and address client concerns promptly, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
- Coordination – Understand the needs and requests of the sales team, coordinate effectively with internal departments, and ensure smooth resolution of challenges.
