Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven US Inside Sales Executive to drive business growth by engaging with prospective clients across the United States. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication, consultative selling, and relationship-building skills, along with the confidence to interact with senior stakeholders, understand client requirements, and deliver compelling business presentations.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities in the US market through outbound prospecting, cold calling, emails, LinkedIn, and networking.
- Engage with decision-makers, including Directors, VPs, and C-level executives, to understand their business challenges and hiring or technology requirements.
- Conduct discovery calls and qualify leads based on business needs.
- Deliver engaging company presentations, service offerings, and product demonstrations to prospective US clients.
- Prepare customized sales presentations and proposals aligned with client requirements.
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline using CRM tools.
- Schedule meetings for senior sales leadership and support the complete sales lifecycle.
- Collaborate with recruitment, delivery, and account management teams to ensure smooth client onboarding.
- Follow up consistently with prospects and nurture long-term client relationships.
- Meet or exceed monthly KPIs related to lead generation, meetings scheduled, pipeline creation, and revenue contribution.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and forecasts.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills with a neutral accent.
- Proven experience interacting with US-based clients.
- Strong presentation, negotiation, and consultative selling skills.
- Ability to confidently demonstrate company capabilities and solutions during client meetings.
- Experience handling virtual meetings via Microsoft Teams, Zoom, or Google Meet.
- Strong objection-handling and relationship management abilities.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a target-driven environment.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience selling IT services, staffing, SaaS, or technology solutions to US clients.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho CRM, or Microsoft Dynamics.
- Experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, ZoomInfo, or similar prospecting tools.

Pay: ₹8,884.96 - ₹100,000.00 per month
