Key Responsibilities1. Lead Generation & Sales
- Identify potential clients (corporates, institutions, hospitals, etc.)
- Generate leads via cold calling, LinkedIn, email campaigns
- Build a strong sales pipeline for IT solutions/services
2. Client Acquisition
- Pitch IT services such as:
- Network & connectivity solutions
- Security & surveillance systems
- IT infrastructure & hardware
- Conduct meetings, demos, and presentations
- Convert leads into paying clients
3. Relationship Management
- Maintain long-term relationships with clients
- Handle client queries and provide solutions
- Ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business
4. Market Research
- Identify new business opportunities in Bhubaneswar & nearby regions
- Track competitors and industry trends in IT services
5. Revenue Growth
- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets
- Upsell and cross-sell IT products and services
