1. Operations & Production Management
- Strategic Planning: Develop production schedules and capacity plans aligned with sales forecasts to prevent overproduction or stockouts.
- Line Efficiency: Oversee specialized processing lines (e.g., blanching, freezing, IQF/Individual Quick Freezing, and packaging operations) to ensure maximum throughput.
- Yield & Cost Control: Monitor raw material usage and line efficiency to reduce waste and optimize manufacturing costs.
2. Quality Assurance & Compliance
- Food Safety: Enforce rigorous adherence to safety standards such as HACCP, GMP, and ISO 22000.
- Temperature & Cold Chain Control: Oversee strict temperature monitoring from raw material reception through the freezing process and cold storage dispatch.
- Audits & Traceability: Conduct regular facility audits and maintain meticulous documentation for product traceability and recall procedures.
3. Supply Chain & Inventory Control
- Inventory Management: Ensure proper stock rotation (FIFO/FEFO) for perishables, raw ingredients, and finished goods to minimize spoilage.
- Vendor & Warehouse Coordination: Liaise with cold storage facilities and suppliers to ensure raw materials are available on time and storage conditions are optimal.
4. Team Leadership & Development
- Workforce Management: Hire, train, and mentor production supervisors, technicians, and operators.
- Safety Culture: Foster a workplace culture that prioritizes both occupational safety and hygiene.
- Performance Tracking: Set KPIs for staff performance, identify training gaps, and evaluate shift productivity.
5. Process Optimization & Reporting
- Continuous Improvement: Spearhead lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives to upgrade technology, minimize equipment downtime, and enhance productivity.
- Data Analytics: Analyze production metrics, yield rates, and equipment downtime to prepare actionable reports for senior leadership.
Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
