We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated freshers to join our US IT Staffing team as Bench Sales Recruiters. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates who want to build a career in the US recruitment industry. No prior experience is required—comprehensive training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities:
- Learn the Bench Sales recruitment process for the US IT Staffing market.
- Work with consultants to understand their technical skills and project availability.
- Market consultant profiles to vendors and implementation partners.
- Build and maintain professional relationships with clients and vendors.
- Coordinate interviews and follow up with clients and consultants.
- Maintain accurate records of submissions and placements.
- Meet daily and weekly activity targets.
Required Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and internet applications.
- Willingness to work in the US night shift.
- Quick learner with a positive attitude.
- Good interpersonal and negotiation skills.
