Job Description:
We are looking for enthusiastic and skilled candidates to join our Manufacturing team in Panel Assembly (Electrical) and PCB Assembly & Testing roles. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in assembly processes, attention to detail, and the ability to interpret technical drawings and schematics.
Requirement 1: Panel Assembly (Electrical)
Qualifications & Skills:
- Diploma / ITI or equivalent in Electrical or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in panel or electrical assembly.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and assembly drawings.
- Basic understanding of electrical components and their functions.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
Requirement 2: PCB Assembly & Testing
Qualifications & Skills:
- Diploma / ITI or equivalent in Electronics or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in PCB assembly and testing.
- Experience with SMT and through-hole (leaded) components.
- Understanding of electronic components (resistors, capacitors, ICs, etc.).
- Ability to read and follow work instructions and schematics.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively.
