Roles & Responsibilities - Location ( Goregoan ) ( Site Location - Bandra )
* Supervise and monitor all interior works at site including carpentry, false ceiling, electrical,
lighting, flooring, plumbing, glazing, painting, furniture installation, etc.
* Ensure interior execution matches approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
* Daily coordination with contractors, vendors, and the design team for smooth progress.
* Prepare daily site reports, measurement sheets, and material consumption tracking.
* Assist in preparing site progress photos and documentation.
* Check material deliveries and ensure proper storage and handling.
* Raise site issues/conflicts and coordinate with the design/architectural team for resolutions.
* Ensure safety, housekeeping, and compliance at site.
* Manage minor site-level design adjustments in consultation with Senior Designer/Architect.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
