We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations while driving revenue through food, beverage, and gifting sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring exceptional guest experiences, managing profitability, leading a high-performing team, and maintaining operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Operations Management
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant to ensure smooth service.
- Ensure adherence to food safety, hygiene, and quality standards.
- Manage inventory, procurement, vendor coordination, and stock control.
- Monitor opening and closing procedures and ensure operational compliance.
- Sales & Business Development
- Drive revenue growth through dine-in, takeaway, catering, and gifting solutions.
- Develop and execute promotional campaigns, seasonal menus, and festive gifting initiatives.
- Upsell food, beverages, desserts, and gift hampers to maximize average bill value.
- Identify new business opportunities, corporate orders, and partnership opportunities.
- Gifting Business
- Manage the restaurant's gifting portfolio, including gift hampers, festive boxes, and corporate gifting.
- Coordinate with production and packaging teams to ensure timely delivery.
- Build relationships with corporate clients and increase repeat gifting business.
- Monitor gifting inventory and seasonal demand forecasts.
- Financial & P&L Management
- Own the restaurant's Profit & Loss (P&L) performance.
- Achieve revenue, profitability, and cost targets.
- Monitor food cost, beverage cost, labor cost, and operating expenses.
- Analyze daily sales reports and implement corrective actions to improve profitability.
- Prepare budgets, forecasts, and monthly business reviews.
- Customer Experience
- Deliver exceptional guest service and create memorable dining experiences.
- Address customer feedback and resolve complaints promptly and professionally.
- Build customer loyalty through personalized engagement and repeat business initiatives.
- Maintain high standards of hospitality and service quality.
- Team Leadership
- Recruit, train, mentor, and motivate restaurant staff.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and coaching sessions.
- Prepare staff schedules and ensure optimal manpower utilization.
- Foster a positive, collaborative, and customer-focused work culture.
- Compliance & Quality
- Ensure compliance with all food safety, health, and statutory regulations.
- Maintain cleanliness, maintenance, and visual merchandising standards.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure SOP adherence.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5–8 years of restaurant management experience, preferably in premium dining, cafés, or hospitality.
- Experience managing gifting, retail products, or corporate sales is highly preferred.
