Hiring: Site Engineer / PLC Programmer

Qualification: B.E./Diploma in Electrical, Electronics & Telecommunication, Instrumentation, or a related field
Job Summary
We are looking for a Site Engineer / PLC Programmer with experience in industrial automation. The candidate will be responsible for PLC programming, site installation, commissioning, testing, troubleshooting, and providing technical support at client locations.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and modify PLC programs for industrial automation systems.
- Perform installation, erection, commissioning, and testing of PLC/RTU/SCADA systems.
- Troubleshoot automation systems and resolve technical issues at customer sites.
- Configure HMI and SCADA applications as per project requirements.
- Coordinate with the engineering team for project execution and documentation.
- Provide after-sales technical support and maintenance.
Required Skills
- Hands-on experience with PLC programming (Siemens, Schneider, Phoenix, WAGO, Kalkitech or similar).
- Knowledge of HMI, SCADA, RTU, and industrial automation.
- Familiarity with industrial communication protocols such as Modbus, IEC104, and Ethernet/IP.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel for site installation and commissioning.
Preferred Skills
- PLC Programming Certification.
- Knowledge of industrial safety standards.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
