We are looking for a highly creative, trend-savvy Video Shooter cum Video Editor to produce engaging, high-quality content across our businesses. The ideal candidate should be passionate about creating viral social media content, have excellent storytelling skills, and be capable of shooting, editing, and delivering videos on a daily basis.
Candidates who are skilled in iPhone videography and mobile editing will be given preference.
Key Responsibilities
* Shoot and edit engaging videos daily for our Educational Institute, Hotels, Restaurants, Construction Projects, and other business ventures.
* Deliver polished, high-quality edited videos within the same day whenever assigned.
* Create short-form content for Instagram Reels, Facebook Reels, YouTube Shorts, and other social media platforms.
* Stay updated with the latest social media trends, editing styles, viral audio, and content formats.
* Generate fresh content ideas and create trend-setting videos that enhance brand visibility.
* Capture promotional videos, testimonials, events, behind-the-scenes footage, campus life, food, hospitality, and construction progress.
* Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute creative campaigns.
* Maintain an organized library of footage and completed projects.
* Ensure all content meets the company's branding and quality standards.
Requirements
* Minimum 1 year of experience in videography and video editing.
* Strong knowledge of iPhone videography, mobile cinematography, and smartphone content creation.
* Proficiency in editing applications such as CapCut, VN Editor, Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, or similar software.
* Excellent understanding of framing, lighting, transitions, storytelling, and sound design.
* Ability to work under deadlines and deliver content quickly without compromising quality.
* Creative mindset with a passion for producing engaging digital content.
* Willingness to travel to different locations for video shoots.
Preferred Skills
* Graphic Designing (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or similar) is an added advantage.
* Motion graphics and animation skills are a plus.
* Photography skills are an added benefit.
* Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and emerging social media trends.
* Ability to identify viral trends, adapt them creatively, and develop original concepts that can set new trends.
