About the Role
We are looking for enthusiastic and student-centric individuals to join UniLevo as Academic Counselor Interns. This role offers hands-on exposure to the international education industry, particularly in guiding students for MBBS programs abroad.
Key Responsibilities
● Assist in connecting with prospective students via calls, emails, and online platforms
● Understand student profiles and support senior counsellors in providing suitable guidance
● Help students with basic information on universities, courses, and countries
● Support the application and documentation process
● Maintain and update student data in internal systems
● Coordinate with internal teams for smooth student experience Learning Outcomes
● Exposure to overseas education consulting
● Practical understanding of counseling and student engagement
● Hands-on experience with CRM tools and application workflows
● Development of communication and stakeholder management skills
Eligibility Criteria
● Currently pursuing or recently completed graduation
● Strong communication and interpersonal skills
● Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
● Basic understanding of MS Office/Google Workspace What We Offer
