Job Description:
We are hiring experienced Area Sales Managers (ASM) for Home Loan Sales.
Candidates must have strong experience in Home Loans (HL) or LAP domain along with team handling experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive home loan sales through channel partners and DSAs
Recruit, onboard, and manage sales partners and distributors
Handle and mentor sales teams to achieve business targets
Build strong relationships with builders, agents, and connectors
Ensure timely processing and disbursement of loan applications
Monitor sales performance, lead generation, and conversion ratios
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth operations and compliance
Eligibility Criteria:
Minimum 4 years of experience in HL/LAP domain mandatory
Minimum 1 year of team handling experience required
Graduation mandatory
Active DSA/DST network in local market preferred
Candidates from insurance or general sales background will not be considered
Candidates from Ambak and HDFC Sales are not eligible
Minimum CIBIL score: 630
Maximum age: 45 years
Target: Individual target: 4 CR
Payroll: Direct company payroll
Salary: Up to 7 LPA
