Job Description
Conduct comprehensive evaluations of speech, language, communication, cognitive, and swallowing disorders
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment results
- Provide therapy for articulation, language delays, fluency, voice, social communication, and dysphagia
- Monitor, document, and evaluate patient progress; modify treatment plans as needed
- Maintain accurate clinical records and reports in compliance with regulatory and organizational standards
- Collaborate with physicians, psychologists, educators, occupational therapists, physical therapists, and caregivers
- Educate patients, families, and caregivers on treatment strategies and home programs
- Participate in case conferences, multidisciplinary meetings, and care planning
- Ensure ethical and evidence-based practice at all times
- Stay updated with current research, best practices, and continuing education requirements
Requirements
Qualification
BASLP/MASLP
- Valid state licensure and/or certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred (where applicable)
- Clinical experience in relevant settings (hospital, school, clinic, rehabilitation center, or private practice)
- Strong knowledge of assessment tools, therapy techniques, and treatment protocols
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and documentation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
