Project Role Description : Develop custom software solutions to design, code, and enhance components across systems or applications. Use modern frameworks and agile practices to deliver scalable, high-performing solutions tailored to specific business needs.

Application Administration:
Install, configure, clone, and upgrade Oracle EBS environments
Manage application services (WebLogic, Concurrent Managers, Forms, Reports)
Perform system cloning (Prod Non-Prod)
Apply EBS patches, adpatch, tech stack patches
Handle EBS upgrades and integrations
Database Support (Apps side):
Coordinate with Core DBA for DB patching, upgrades, backups, and restores
Monitor tablespace growth and application schema health
Create restore points and support rollback strategies
OCI / cloud exposure
Automation using shell scripting
Performance & Monitoring:
Monitor application performance and troubleshoot issues
Tune Concurrent Managers and workflows
Analyze logs (Apache, WebLogic, Concurrent, Workflow)
Security & Compliance:
Manage users, responsibilities, menus, and profiles
Apply CPU / PSU patches
Support audits and compliance activities
DR / HA:
Support DR drills and production failovers
Maintain standby environments
Validate backups and recovery procedures
Incident & Change Management:
Handle production incidents (Severity 1–4)
Prepare RFCs and deployment plans
Perform root cause analysis
Coordinate with Infra, Network, Storage, and Business teams
Required Skills:
Strong Oracle EBS R12.x administration
ADOP online patching
WebLogic & Application tier troubleshooting
Linux/Unix shell scripting
Cloning and refresh automation
SR handling with Oracle Support
Production change management
