Job Overview
We are seeking a highly disciplined and execution-focused Sr. Executive - HR to manage end-to-end HR Operations, Leave & Attendance, Payroll, HRMS (SPINE HRMS & Payroll), and Compliance.
The candidate must have strong hands-on experience in multi-entity payroll processing, HR systems management, and operational HR discipline, ensuring strict adherence to company policies and timelines.
Roles & Responsibilities: -
· Manage end to end employee life cycle management (ELC) from onboarding to exit.
- Ensure strict implementation of HR policies, SOPs, and compliance frameworks
- Maintain complete and updated employee records, documentation, and audit files
- Ensure compliance with labour laws, statutory requirements, and internal policies
· Manage end-to-end payroll processing including salary structure validation, Attendance & leave integration from SPINE.
- Incentives, DA, LOP, deductions, and adjustments
- Ensure accurate and timely salary disbursement (as per company cycle)
- Full & Final settlements (within defined TAT)
- Bonus, incentives, reimbursements calculations
- Generate and share daily/monthly/quarterly compliance reports & returns filling (eg. PF, ESI, LWF, TDS, etc)
- Assist in defining and tracking employee KPIs and performance metrics
- Ensure 100% documentation compliance for audits and legal requirements
Skills Required
- Strong knowledge of HRMS systems (SPINE HRMS & Payroll preferred)
- Excellent understanding of payroll structure and statutory compliance
- Strong command over Excel and HR reporting
- Ability to manage HR operations, payroll & compliance across multiple entities seamlessly
