Arena Animation Kankurgachi is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Tele Counsellor to engage with prospective students, generate walk-ins, and support the admissions process. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to convert enquiries into admissions through effective counselling and follow-up.
Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls related to course enquiries.
- Counsel prospective students and parents regarding Arena Animation courses, career opportunities, placements, and industry prospects.
- Follow up with leads generated through digital marketing, walk-ins, events, references, and other sources.
- Convert enquiries into campus visits and admissions.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and admissions in CRM/Excel.
- Schedule counselling sessions and campus visits.
- Achieve monthly enquiry, walk-in, and admission targets.
- Coordinate with the counselling, academic, and marketing teams to ensure effective lead management.
- Assist in promoting workshops, seminars, events, and admission campaigns.
Skills Required:
- Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Bengali.
- Strong convincing, counselling, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to handle objections and convert prospects into admissions.
- Good telephone etiquette and follow-up skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Google Sheets, CRM software).
- Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
Qualification:
- Graduate in any discipline.
Experience:
- 2–3 years of experience in Telecalling, Tele Counselling, Education Counselling, Customer Service, or Sales.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.
Preferred:
- Experience in the education, training, or ed-tech industry.
- Experience handling admission counselling or lead conversion.
- Familiarity with CRM software and lead management processes.
