Job Overview
Mascot Spincontrol Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a proactive and energetic Study Flow Coordinator to support the smooth movement of volunteers during clinical trials. The role involves guiding volunteers through various study procedures, coordinating with internal departments, and ensuring an organized and efficient study flow within the facility.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and guide volunteers through different stages of the clinical trial process.
- Coordinate volunteer movement between departments as per study requirements.
- Ensure volunteers are informed about the next steps and waiting areas.
- Maintain study flow schedules and assist in managing participant queues.
- Coordinate with Clinical, Operations, and Support teams to ensure smooth execution of studies.
- Address basic volunteer queries and escalate concerns to the appropriate team members.
- Assist in maintaining discipline, order, and a positive experience for volunteers within the facility.
- Support administrative and operational activities related to study execution.
Requirements
- Graduate / Undergraduate (any stream).
- Ability to manage large groups of people in an organized manner.
- Energetic, patient, and service-oriented attitude.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and coordinate with multiple teams.

Pay: ₹6,000.00 - ₹9,000.00 per month
